The scary stories: Speedy

Darkness darkness everywhere
Bubbles raising in the air
Someone come and set me free!

Screeching noises from the lid
Pungent smell just a bit
What the hell is wrong with it!

I am a reptile, not a fowl nor a bird!
Should I die hearing the words:
"The turtle soup is to be served!"

The scary stories: Esperanto World

I just woke up from a coma after ten years and everything is in Esperanto.

The World is without trees, rivers ran dry, and existence is reduced to an oxygenated bubble without any human interaction, just robots for company. Most alarmingly, someone has taken over my facebook identity and stolen all my friends, so now I am alone.

The scary stories: Bloodcurdling knocking

During certain week a girl - young and lonely one - was left by her parents in their house for a couple of days. Every night she would hear knocking on the door - same time, in the same way.

When they returned she told them about the knockig but they did not believe her. Few days later the father suddenly felt as if he was observed, and the furniture and cutler in the kitchen have been missplaced on multiple ocasions. When they finally reach out for a help of medium the malevolent spirit became wilder then ever. After the visit psychic they hired told them that the ghost is furious about the fact that the living are haunting his resting place for before their time he lived in that house, was brutally murdered here and buried in the garden. The prayer and exorcisms did not help so the family had to move out for the spirit would not let them rest.

The scary stories: Arachnophobia

Once upon a time there was a girl extremly afraid of spiders and cockroaches (to the point that she fainted if she saw one).

One unfortunate day a horrible, hairy, vicious spider bit her and the poor girl went into a coma (the kind that makes you look dead). Burried alive she woke up horrified in her coffin full of cockroaches - what a sad end for an innocent girl.

The scary stories: Dangerous lack of language skills

We were in the city during the night and suddenly big "mosquito" bite my friend.

We think she was alergic for insects and immediately she became swollen so we went to the hospital but nobody there spoken English and we didn't speak Polish. Our friend was feeling worse and worse but the doctors didn't know what is the diagnosis and they prescribe some medicines but we had to go to the pharmacy to buy it. We didn't know where we are, there were no bus, no tram, so we had to walk with the map. We lost the way...

The scary stories: Bad luck Jessica

Jessica is lying on her bed, at home, in sexy lingerine, wearing a blindfold.

As she hears the bedroom door open, she says:
"I've waited so long for you since my stupid husband left for his business trip".
"My flight was cancelled".

The scary stories: Death in Himalayas

While trekking in the Himalayas, I lost my best friend on a glacier. They found him 3 days later 500 feet down a crevice. He had survived the fall but died of hunger.

See what happened during FTW party!

There were games, competitions, showcases of different countries and... a whole sea of Frugo! 60 people came to celebrate Feel Think Write inauguration party, majority of them were foreigners. It was an occasion to socialise, learn traditions of other nations and their culture.

All of it thanks to three young journalists working for Gazeta Wrocławska who decided to commit some of their time to phenomenon of integration of Wrocław's immigrants. Marta Bigda, author of the project, Piotr Telichowski and Bartek Rutkowski arranged a place, preparred a program of the meeting and acquired sponsors and partners who helped them launch the party. To entertain, and still learn something new about mulitculturalism, they have invited Jacek Antczak, renowned Wrocław journalist.
„We are yet to speak about multiculturalism in Wrocław” - said Jacek Antczak, journalist of Gazeta Wrocławska. The party joined also Grace Sexton, the editor-in-chief of The Wrocław International, and the members of International Friends of Wrocław club.

During the celebrations participants could share fun facts about their countries and write short scary stories. The fun fact told by Wu Tien was recognised as the most interesting one. Jury of the competition in which 7 volounteeres presented a 3 minutes showcase of the most interesting „fun facts” awarded him with cosmetic set prepared by Organique and an invitation to diner for two from Central Cafe.

During lottery all attendants could win cosmetic sets from Organiqe, ivitations and vouchers for meals for four people to Masala – Indian Restaurant, vouchers for Aquapark and Al Noor Beauty Saloon and double tickets from New Horizons Cinema. Those who did not win any of aforementioned prizes won Wrocław's most popular gnomes – Życzliwki - „Kindies” or „Kind gnomes”.

Aside from competitions and presentations guests were encouraged to socialise while enjoying iced tea prepared by Czajownia, take a bite of a bagle from Central Cafe or take a sip from one of many bottles of Frugo.
